Spatio-temporal occurrence, source identification and sea-to-air flux of the greenhouse gas sulfur hexafluoride in the coastal China Seas

In order to discuss the concentration, sources, sinks and radiative forcing of SF₆ in the coastal China Seas, we reported concurrent measurements of SF₆ in atmosphere and seawater in the YRE (Yangtze River Estuary), YS (Yellow Sea), ECS (East China Sea), and SCS (South China Sea). This dataset contains the original data of SF₆ concentrations in atmosphere and seawater in the YRE, YS, ECS and SCS during 2019–2021.
