SHAPE Python Release: 116 Hamiltonian case dataset and accompanying case figures

This dataset contains 116 cases presented in the Supplementary Information and regenerated with the Python SHAPE Release: 110 real-valued targets, three complex-valued targets and three nearest-neighbour cases. The case-data archive contains target inputs, Hamiltonian exports, support-site amplitudes, per-case metadata and numerical quality records. The separate accompanying case-figure archive contains the matching 116 PNG/PDF figure pairs. The three complex-valued figures use the unquantized (`raw`) results; the real-valued and nearest-neighbour figures use the quantized results.
