In the fifth communication on the butterflies of Novosibirsk Province, new data of rare, local and problematic species considered in the previous four communications are provided. Spialia orbifer (Hesperiidae) is for the first time reported for Novosibirsk Province. General analysis of the butterfly fauna of Novosibirsk Province is provided. In total, 151 butterfly species have been reliably recorded for the Province.
