The first reliable catalog of bovine circular RNAs

A first analysis was performed with CircDetector, and included the analysis of the expression of exonic circRNAs. We proposed an additional list of exonic circRNAs, only validated by CE2 or/and by CIRI2 or/and by CE2+CIRI2 validated in 2021. Our study provided evidence of 189 false entries in the list of exonic circRNAs validated by CD and 23 false entries in the list of additional exonic circRNAs. 337 circRNAs from 273 introns were listed. We added the entire list of exonic circRNAs validated by CE2+CIRI2 in 2021
