Poultry Gut pH-Based Model of PTPLP From Comamonas sediminis FS4_11 and Molecular Docking With Phytic Acid

This dataset contains pH-dependent structural modeling and molecular docking files for the protein tyrosine phosphatase-like phytase (PTPLP) identified in Comamonas sediminis FS4_11. The files were generated to examine how poultry gut pH conditions influence PTPLP protonation state, structure, and binding interaction with phytic acid. The dataset includes H++ server outputs for different gastrointestinal segments, prepared protein and ligand files, docking results generated using SwissDock/AutoDock Vina, and processed result files used for comparative analysis. It is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the computational workflow.
