资源简介:
The rapid Digital transformation in the retail sector is developing rapidly, yetmany MSMEs are still unable to optimize the use of technology, requiring astrategic approach that not only improves business performance but also sup-ports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study aims to design amodel for optimizing digital retail strategies through the role of students as men-tors in the economic empowerment process. The research employs a descrip-tive qualitative approach supported by simple quantitative data obtained throughfield observation, interviews, documentation, and direct implementation prac-tices in retail MSMEs, including digital branding, content management, market-place integration, and the use of digital payment systems. The findings indicatemarket expansion, increased customer interaction, operational efficiency, andthe formation of customer loyalty after systematic digital strategy implemen-tation, while students function as mediators of technological knowledge trans-fer between academic concepts and business practice. Collaboration betweenstudents and MSME actors in technology-based retail strategies can improvebusiness performance while supporting SDGs achievement through economicinclusion, industrial innovation, and consumption efficiency, making the modelpotentially applicable as a sustainable economic empowerment approach.
