ephys-8: 5s tACS burst
收藏资源简介:
This dataset corresponds to an experiment in which extracellular neuronal activity was recorded in the S1 region of awake, head-fixed mice using Neuropixels 1.0 probes. tACS was delivered at two frequencies (10 Hz and 40 Hz) in short 5-second trains across five intensities: ±10, ±20, ±30, ±40, and ±50 µA. For each tACS train, three 5-second LFP epochs were extracted: Pre (5 seconds before stimulation) tACS (5 seconds during stimulation) Post (5 seconds after stimulation) Only movement-free periods were selected for analysis. Each epoch was stored as a 384×12500 matrix, where the 384 rows represent Neuropixels channels and the 12500 columns correspond to samples acquired at 2.5 kHz during the 5-second period. Also, trigger timestamps (in seconds) marking the start of each LFP epoch (Pre, tACS, Post) are provided for all trials, organized by stimulation frequency and intensity. In addition to the LFP signals, spike sorting was performed using Kilosort 2.0, and neurons were classified using CellExplorer into pyramidal cells or narrow-spiking interneurons. Access before the embargo ends: the files are under embargo until 30 June 2027.
