广州市中心城区街道空间舒适性数据集

2015年12月，习近平总书记在中央城市工作会议上强调“坚持以人民为中心的发展思想，坚持人民城市为人民”，城市的街道是人群体验城市建设、感知城市温度的重要空间，人群使用街道空间期间的舒适性是衡量一个城市的规划是否以人为本的重要标准。本数据集以广州市中心城区越秀区的街道为研究区域，利用最新年份的大规模的百度街景数据与开源道路数据，通过图像语义分割等机器学习方法与地理信息空间分析技术，计算各条街道的开敞度、绿视率、界面围合度以及街道与两侧建筑的高宽比等衡量街道空间舒适性的指标，最后统计形成越秀区各条街道包含4个空间舒适性指标的数据集。本数据集可为挖掘城市空间规划现存问题、提升城市空间品质提供重要的数据与技术支撑。

In December 2015, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the Central Urban Work Conference that we should adhere to the people-centered development philosophy and uphold the principle that "the people's cities are for the people". Urban streets are critical spaces where residents experience urban development and perceive the warmth of a city. The comfort of people when utilizing street spaces serves as a key criterion for evaluating whether a city’s planning is people-oriented. This dataset takes the streets in Yuexiu District, the central urban area of Guangzhou, as its research scope. By leveraging large-scale Baidu Street View data and open-source road data from the most recent year, and adopting machine learning methods such as image semantic segmentation and geographic information spatial analysis techniques, we calculate multiple indicators for measuring street spatial comfort, including street openness, green view rate, interface enclosure degree, and the height-to-width ratio between streets and adjacent buildings on both sides. Finally, a dataset containing four spatial comfort indicators for each street in Yuexiu District is compiled. This dataset provides valuable data and technical support for identifying existing issues in urban spatial planning and enhancing urban spatial quality.
