A history of individual Chicago Public Schools building openings, closings, changes, locations, type, and enrollment from 1999-2014 (the beginning of Arne Duncan's Renaissance 10 Project to post-2013 School Closing event.)<br>School locations, types and enrollment were source from multiple government data resources and mapped to specific addresses/locations within the City of Chicago. <br>Data that was difficult to access (e.g. in PDFs) was extracted into .csv and .xls formats for ease of use, and was made available to the public.
