Exosomes derived from cancer associated fibroblasts enhance drug resistance of gastric cancer cells

Cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) have been reported to enhance drug resistance, but the crucial mechanism is not determined. The aim of this study is to identify the molecular mechanism underlying anticancer drug resistance mediated by CAFs in gastric cancer.
