Notes: The categories are combinations of small vs. large tree sizes (30–60 cm vs. 60–100 cm diam, respectively) with few vs. many fruits produced (≤15 capsules vs. >15 capsules, respectively [size-fecundity classes: SF = small–few, SM = small–many, LF = large–few, LM = large–many]).
