Callable sites

These files are to show how many sites were mapped and where SNPs could be called. These files DO NOT have the final filtered set of SNPs or indels. They can be used to see the depth of coverage or to obtain the number of utilizable sites (as a denominator). These files were used to perform analyses in the manuscript - "A population-genetic lens into the process of gene loss following whole-genome duplication".
