Expression data from HFL-1 fibroblasts

Hyaluronidases was reported to be effective in lung fibrosis therapy, and HYAL1 was found to inhibit TGF-β1 mediated cell growth in murine L929 fibroblasts, while the underlying mechanism of HYAL1 in regulating human lung fibroblasts is largely unknown. We used microarray to detail the gene expression of HYAL1 overexpression HFL-1 fibroblasts, and found significantly downregulated genes. Human fetal lung fibroblasts HFL-1 were infected with HYAL1 overexpression and the control lentiviruses. Total RNAs were extracted from the HYAL1 overexpression and control HFL-1 fibroblasts, and the fragmented biotin-labeled RNAs obtained by in vitro transcription were hybridized to the GeneChip® Prime ViewTM Human Gene Expression Array.
