Agricultural fertilizer application excessively limits the symbiotic function of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AM fungi) of the soil and plants. Using organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer is an important measure for improving soil quality and ecosystem health. However, despite organic fertilizers replacing chemical fertilizers, a systematic study of the interactions and stability of AM fungi communities has not yet been conducted.
