Dataset for following 8 batteries' SoH decline: Including charge-discharge curves, ICI and EIS data

8 Aspilsan INR18650 batteries with NMC 622 cathode and graphite anode were subjected to number of tests. Mainly the State of Health (SoH) was tracked to correlate with Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) and/or Intermittent Current Interruption (ICI) tests. These tests were applied in 50 charge-discarge cycle intervals for 1150 cycles. The data package includes all files for tests and cycling and a thorough, descriptive text file for all data.
