IMAS QuaLiKiz-v2.6.2 linear instability spectra based on JET experimental plasma profiles

This dataset was used to train surrogate models for linear gyrokinetic simulations in the following preprint article: https://hal.science/hal-05280765. It is an IMAS renormlised version of the QuaLiKiz dataset (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7418107) generated by A. Ho. It was generated with approximately 33 million standalone evaluations of QuaLiKiz-v2.6.2, each performed with a standard vector of 18 wavenumbers. More information about the QuaLiKiz code can be found at www.qualikiz.com.The conversion from QLK to IMAS has been performed using tools from https://gitlab.com/gkdb/imas-gk which were not fully validated at the time of conversion. Documentation regarding the IMAS Gyrokinetics normalisation standard and the QLK-IMAS conversion can be found at the same link.The dataset has been split into a set of inputs and outputs (the latter including wavenumbers). See the readme and example.py for examples on how to merge the two for use. The data is in parquet format which may require additional libraries to read.
