Hardware capture scripts, Arduino firmware, and analysis pipeline supporting four empirical studies of SRAM-PUF and CFO RF fingerprinting authentication for LoRaWAN IoT devices. The testbed comprises two Adafruit Feather M0 RFM95W and two STM32 B-L072Z-LRWAN1 modules, each paired with Microchip 23K640 external SRAM chips, and an RTL-SDR Blog V3 receiver at 868.1 MHz. The pipeline reproduces all figures and canonical statistics (EER = 1.21%, AUC = 0.9991) reported in the associated publications.
