The goal of this study was to map transcriptional changes at the single cell level at different time points after spinal cord injury in zebrafish larvae. Overall design: RNA profiles of single cells isolated from trunk tissue of spinal cord-lesioned Tg(BAC(pdgfrb:Gal4ff))ncv24;Tg(UAS:EGFP)zf82 (referred to as pdgfrb:EGFP) transgenic zebrafish larvae (uninjured, 6, 12, 24, 48 hours after injury), were generated by scRNA-seq, in duplicates, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000
