Replication Data for: Identification of QoI-resistant isolates of the banana pathogen Pseudocercospora fijiensis in Mexico

This data set contains the necessary information to replicate the results of the cited manuscript. This includes, raw data in Microsoft Excel format, CSV files necessary for analysis, R Scripts, Arlequin files (batch and results) and supplementary information about the origin of the samples.
