Methylation profiling of directly converted human fibroblasts from young, adult and old donors into oligodendrocytes (dc-hiOL) to study age-associated changes.

This study comprises DNA methylation profiles of 9 directly converted human fibroblasts from young, adult and old donors into oligodendrocytes (dc-hiOL). Bisulphite converted DNA from the 9 dc-hiOL samples were hybridised to the MethylationEPIC BeadChip array.
