Bacterial communities of artificial breeding sites and life cycle stages of Aedes aegypti

This study aimed to characterize the profile of the microbiota composition from the DNA of water from artificial breeding sites, as well as immature and adult Ae. aegypti in Leticia, Amazonas. In addition, the water's physicochemical variables were correlated with the bacterial communities.
