资源简介:
This paper examines the connection between fairy tales and television, positioning TV series as a modern equivalent of fairy tales in todays digital age. These series affect viewers similarly to traditional fairy tales, providing fresh insights into the significance of cultural and narrative stereotypes in contemporary society. Stereotypes, as a part of everyday consciousness, accumulate a standardized collective experience, helping individuals navigate life. This study highlights how TV series reinterpret traditional fairy tales to explore universal human experiences and societal issues by analyzing character archetypes, narrative structures, and themes. This research contributes to the interdisciplinary field of media studies by defining the TV series as a contemporary fairy tale of the 21st century.
