Minutes of Meeting: Governing Board, 29 July 2024

Minutes of the 106th IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 29 July 2024 via teleconference. The Board approved previous meeting minutes, reviewed action items, and discussed updates on governance, including the upcoming IFLA Strategy 2024–2029, transparency initiatives, and financial reviews. Decisions were made to proceed with WLIC 2025 in Astana, Kazakhstan, and to continue preparations for the IFLA Information Futures Summit despite financial challenges.
