This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing consumption-related data of Huzhou customers for walnut crisp cookies, to understand their purchasing power and consumption preferences towards this product, verify the market popularity of the product, formulate production strategies for all enterprises in the relevant industry, and deliver more personalized products and services to users. It assists companies in better understanding their customers: conduct 1 to 2 communications per month with high-tier customers, 1 to 2 times per quarter with medium-tier customers, and 1 to 2 times per half-year with low-tier customers, so as to develop more precise production and marketing strategies. 1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to customers' purchases of walnut crisp cookies. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and aggregate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis work. 3. Algorithmic Processing: Carry out demand quantity analysis on the processed data: P = { (a1 / b1) + (a2 / b2) + (a3 / b3) } * k, where k is the consumption coefficient with varying values across regions. Empirically, the k value for Huzhou region is 0.8. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into high-tier, medium-tier and low-tier categories based on the calculated demand index: customers with a score above 800 are marked as "high-tier", those with scores ranging from 400 to 800 are marked as "medium-tier", and those with a score below 400 are marked as "low-tier".
