Testing the limits of short-reads metagenomic classifications programs in waste water treating microbial communities

This mock community was designed to provide a simplified yet representative model of the complex microbial ecosystems (16 bacteria, Diploscapter, Rotaria, T4 phage and Homo sapiens) found in AS (activated sludge) and AGS (aerobic granular sludge) systems.
