Verwendung von Geschichtenergänzungsaufgaben zur OPD-KJ-Strukturdiagnostik Application of Story Stems to the Diagnosis of the Axis “Structure” of OPD-CA

Geschichtenergänzungsaufgaben (story completion tasks), wie z. B die MacArthur Story Stem Battery (MSSB) oder die Attachment Story Completion Task (ASCT) werden in verschiedenen Forschungsbereichen sowie in der Klinischen Diagnostik erfolgreich eingesetzt. Sie können auch für die Operationalisierte Psychodynamische Diagnostik im Kindes- und Jugendalter (OPD-KJ) eine sinnvolle Ergänzung darstellen. Im vorliegenden Beitrag soll gezeigt werden, dass sich anhand der Geschichtenergänzungsaufgaben bestimmte psychische Fähigkeiten im Sinne der OPD-KJ Achse Struktur abbilden lassen. An einem Fallbeispiel wird das Vorgehen zur Einschätzung der Achse Struktur auf der Basis von Geschichtenergänzungsaufgaben demonstriert. Story stems (e. g. the MacArthur Story Stem Battery (MSSB) or the Attachment Story Completion Task (ASCT)) are already used in different research fields and in the clinical context. In this article we propose the administration of story stems, which are supposed to represent certain mental skills. A case study will demonstrate the possibility to complement the evaluation of the axis “structure” by symbolic play with story stems.
