Micro-environmental factors have been recognized to play important roles in tumor growth and proliferation. Here, we studied how treatment of P493-6 cells for 24 hours with CpG, IL10 or both affects gene expression levels. P493-6 cells were first MYC-deprived (''MYC-low'') with doxycycline before applying the stimuli. Unstimulated MYC-low and MYC-high (no doxycycline) cells served as controls.
