RNA-sequencing of Bos taurus DGCR8-knockdown embryos

RNA-sequencing of Bos taurus day 3 (8-cell/16-cell) embryos and day 5 (morula) embryos, either uninjected controls, injected controls, or embryos injected with a DGCR8-targeting siRNA/morpholino (DGCR8-knockdown). The purpose was to globally decrease the expression of embryonic microRNAs and identify the changes in mRNA transcript levels due to their loss in preimplantation embryo development.
