Methylome landscape of epithelial and immune fractions of celiac disease. Homo sapiens

These samples were analyzed to gain insight into the mechanisms behind celiac disease, analyzing their methylome. Overall design: 20 samples from duodenum of controls and celiac disease were sorted in epithelial and immune fractions. These fractions and 8 complete biopsies were analyzed using Infinium 450k methylation array.
