Scenario_C_10000_AI_sires

This folder contains the materials corresponding to Scenario C of the simulation study: the input file defining the base population of 10,000 animals, the Python script used to run the simulation, and the summary output files generated under the artificial insemination scheme. In this scenario, selection was applied within a population of 10,000 individuals in which sires were selected from a group of 100 intensively used artificial insemination bulls, under the common simulation settings described in the manuscript.
