Data for:Unlocking soil phages for global food security

This repository contains the processed data and code supporting the analysis of soil phage regulation of global crop yield. The dataset includes spatially harmonized raster layers of soil phage abundance and diversity, crop yield, soil properties, climate variables, and agricultural management indicators, as well as source data underlying the figures in the associated manuscript. Machine-learning code and trained model outputs are provided to enable reproducibility of the main analyses.
