This repository contains the single-cell SELEX dataset and pretrained model weights for AlphaApta, a foundation model for cell-specific aptamer discovery. The dataset includes multi-modal single-cell data (RNA + Protein expression) from 6 gastric cancer cell lines, along with ~12 million aptamer sequences from SELEX experiments.
