Data set to reconstruct the Pectobacterium brasiliense pangenome described in van der Lee, et al. (2023) "An efficient triplex TaqMan quantitative PCR to detect a blackleg-causing lineage of <em>Pectobacterium brasiliense</em> in potato based on a pangenome analysis".<strong> </strong>The data set contains the input data (genomes, annotations, functions, phenotypes) to reconstruct the pangenome, the conda yml file to set up the environment to perform the pangenome analysis, and the data needed to create a BLAST database from all data in the pangenome.
本数据集用于重建van der Lee等人2023年发表的论文《基于泛基因组(pangenome)分析的高效三重TaqMan定量PCR法检测马铃薯中致黑胫病的巴西果胶杆菌(Pectobacterium brasiliense)谱系》中所描述的巴西果胶杆菌泛基因组。
