16S DNA sequence information of rumen and fecal microbiota in yak fed diets with different energy levels (PRJCA042446)

By measuring the rumen and fecal microbiota of yaks fed diets with different energy levels, extracting the 16S DNA sequence information of their microbiota, and analyzing the differences in rumen and microbial community composition as well as microbial structural composition caused by diets with different energy levels, we can evaluate the changes in gastrointestinal microbiota induced by dietary energy levels.
