THE HYBRID HISTORY OF ZEBRAFISH

This repository contains files associated with the manuscript titled "The Hybrid History of Zebrafish" by Braedan M. McCluskey, Peter Batzel, and John H. Postlethwait. In addition to code used during the analysis, this repository contains the multiple sequence alignment used for phylogenetic inference (geno.phy), the resulting phylogeny inferred by RAxML (RAxML_bipartitionsBranchLabels.geno), the genotypes called for each species (geno.vcf.gz), and the genotypes called for 12 zebrafish samples from previous studies (DrerioRAD_12Samples.vcf.gz).
