Data set for Unconventional Magnon Transport in Antiferromagnet NiPS3 Induced by an Anisotropic Spin-Flop Transition
收藏资源简介:
In the dataset files: Figure 1 shows the characterization of NiPS₃ flakes, including the Raman spectrum, EBSD image, and polarized photoluminescence spectrum. Figure 2 displays the nonlocal device structure of NiPS₃ and the measured second harmonic nonlocal voltage signals. Figure 3 presents the angle-dependent nonlocal signals under different applied magnetic fields and various Pt strip deposition directions. Figure 4 illustrates the anisotropic spin-flop transition induced by the presence of two domain structures in NiPS₃. Figure 5 shows the slower thermal magnon decay behavior in thin-layer NiPS₃. The dataset also includes supporting figures related to the experiments: Figure S1 shows the characterization of NiPS₃ flakes by AFM. Figure S2 shows the polarized photoluminescence spectrum of the nonlocal NiPS₃ device. Figure S3 presents the local measurement of the NiPS₃ device. Figure S4 displays the angle-dependent nonlocal magnon signals at different temperatures and injection currents. Figure S5 shows nonlocal devices with Pt aligned along the a-axis of NiPS₃ and the corresponding measured nonlocal thermal magnon signals. Figure S6 illustrates the thermal magnon decay in NiPS₃ with varying thicknesses. Figure S7 shows the Raman spectra of a pristine NiPS₃ flake and the Pt/NiPS₃ heterostructure.
