资源简介:
Predictors, Popillia japonica presence and pseudo-absence raster data used in a species distribution model, and environmental suitability for Popillia japonica predicted in the publication Borner L, Martinetti D, Poggi S (2023) A new chapter of the Japanese beetle invasion saga: predicting suitability from long-invaded areas to inform surveillance strategies in Europe. Entomologia Generalis. (https://doi.org/10.1127/entomologia/2023/2073). This dataset includes: - a raster file of Popillia japonica presences distribution, gathered using citizen science platforms and standardized surveys, - a raster file of Coleoptera species distribution, gathered through citizen science and used as pseudo-absences in models, - a raster stack of predictors used in modelling (climate, human-related variables, land use, soil properties etc.), - all the information (script and data) needed to produce maps describing environmental suitability for the Japanese beetle. The raster files' extent is global, spatial resolution of raster files is 4km x 4km. Detailed metada are provided in each folder detailing each file. This research was supported by the IPM-Popillia project, funded by the European Union Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 861852
