To understand gene expression signatures of CML stem cells underlying imatinib-resistance, we compared transcriptomes of CML stem and progenitor cells from vehicle and imatinib-treated CML mice, respectively. Overall design: Transcriptomes of CML stem cells and progenitor cells from vehicle and imatinib treated CML mice were generated by deep sequencing, in 3 replecates, using Next-Seq system.
