Alterations in Gut Microbiota Mediate Breast Cancer Development and Bone Metastasis

A comprehensive analysis of the fecal samples from normal control (NC), breast cancer patients with no metastasis (BN), and breast cancer patients with bone metastasis (BM) subjects, discovered altered gut microbiota and biological processes regulating breast cancer development and bone metastasis, providing potential therapeutic and diagnostic targets for breast cancer bone metastasis.
