Microscopy image and annotation dataset of Pyropia haitanensis (strains Sansha-5 and WO115-2) for cell tracking and division analysis

OverviewThis dataset contains microscopy images and corresponding annotation files for plant cells. It is specifically designed for tasks including cell instance segmentation, temporal tracking, and division event detection. The dataset comprises 16 subfolders (plant_1 to plant_16), containing a total of 32 high-resolution microscopy images. In total, the dataset provides annotations for 3,359 complete cell instances, including 1,255 tracking relationship pairs and 283 division relationship pairs across two different plant strains.
