Data from: Reference-grade chromosome-level genome of atemoya (Annona × atemoya Mabb.)

This dataset contains the haplotype-resolved genome assembly, chloroplast genome, and comprehensive annottaion of atemoya (Annona × atemoya Mabb.). The assembly was genertaed using Pacbio HiFi long reads and Hi-C data, producing chromosome-scale haplotypes. The Zenodo record includes: Genome Assembly: hap1 (Ach) and hap2 (Asq) nuclear assemblies, chloroplast genome. Annotation files: Structural Annottaion (GFF3) of predicted genes, CDSs, transcripts and proteins. Transposable element (TE) annotation Raw sequencing reads (PacBio Hifi and Hi-C) are not included here due to size and are deposited in the NCBI SRA under BioProject accession PRJNA1446253.
