Spatial transcriptomics anlaysis of dGY LN following E660 challenge

Pig tailed macaques (PTM) previously vaccinated with dGY SIV vaccine were challenged with highly pathogenic SIVsmE660 (i.v.) to measure vaccine protection. Cohorts of dGY-controlling PTM were assigned to one of three groups based on the time to prior dGY infection. Animals MA23 and M18, from the dGY vaccine phase, were included as part of the short-term (30 wks) group. The other 2 groups consisted of medium-term (2 yrs) and long-term (>5 yrs) dGY controllers. A group of naive animals were included as a control (N=5). This dataset includes sequencing associated with spatial data.
