资源简介:
Topological materials have attracted great research interest with the promise of developing novel electronic devices with new functionalities. Among these materials, MnBi2Te4 is the first intrinsic magnetic topological insulator (TI) that can experimentally achieve quantized edge conductance at certain thicknesses. Further, by replacing Bi with Sb, the Weyl semimetal (WSM) phase can be induced in the material. Here, we propose a systematic study of the magnetism of a Mn(Bi1-xSbx)2Te4 series of topological TI/WSM films with varying Bi:Sb ratio, grown by molecular beam epitaxy. This composition-ratio dependent study will help to reveal the intimate relation between topology and magnetism in intrinsic magnetic TI/WSMs, and therefore promote the development of high-efficiency spintronic applications in topological materials.
