1.大專校院各系所(學士班、碩士班、博士班)外國學生數。本表外國學生數包含外籍生及雙聯學制之外國學生【男、女】數(不含境外專班之外國學生)： （1）外國學生：係指未具僑生身分，依「外國學生來臺就學辦法」或依國內一般升學管道入學，並具正式學籍之外國學生。 （2）雙聯學制：係指國內各大學校院透過與國外大學建立學術合作關係簽訂合作合約，並符合「大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法」之相關規定者，且於二校當地修習學分數，累計須各達獲頒學位所需總學分數之1/3以上，同時符合「大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法」第6條修讀期間之規定，並由二校各頒或共頒合乎各校所遵行之教育法令之學位。 2.與大專校院校務資訊公開平臺之「學3-2.外國學生數及其在學比率-以『系(所)』統計」資料相同。1. Number of international students by department/graduate institute (undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs) at universities and colleges. The count of international students in this table includes the headcount (categorized by gender: male and female) of foreign students and those enrolled in dual-degree programs, excluding international students in offshore special classes: (1) International students: Refers to foreign students who do not hold overseas Chinese student status, are admitted under the *Regulations for International Students to Study in Taiwan* or through domestic general admission channels, and possess formal enrollment status. (2) Dual-degree programs: Refers to programs where domestic universities and colleges sign cooperation contracts by establishing academic cooperation relationships with foreign universities, which meet the relevant provisions of the *Regulations on the Recognition of Foreign Academic Credentials by Universities*. For such programs, the total credits taken locally at each of the two universities must account for no less than one-third of the total credits required for the awarded degree, and they must also comply with the study duration provisions stipulated in Article 6 of the *Regulations on the Recognition of Foreign Academic Credentials by Universities*. Degrees are either awarded by each of the two universities or jointly by both, conforming to the educational laws and regulations followed by each institution. 2. This dataset is consistent with the data titled "Xue 3-2. Number of International Students and Their Enrollment Ratio - Statistics by Department/Graduate Institute" published on the university and college institutional information disclosure platform.
