mizuRoute testCase

TestCase provides the suggested directory structure for mizuRoute setup. ./ancillary_data river network netCDF spatial constant parameter namelist spatial weight netCDF ./bin mizuRoute executable ./input runoff input netCDF water management (water abstraction and injection) netCDF gauge observation netCDF gauge meta ascii file (CSV) ./log log file generated after run ./output history netCDF restart netCDF ./settings control file ./shapefiles (not required) river reach shapefile river catchment shapefile This testCase include three mizuRoute spatial configuration cases. case 2 and case3 are similar, but mapping file structure is different. see the documentation case1: runoff input is given in river network catchment. The runoff mapping is not required case2: runoff input is given in hydrologic model catchment. The runoff mapping is required from hydrologic model catchment to river network catchment. case3: runoff input is given in grid. The runoff mapping is required from hydrologic model grid to river network catchment.
