"This dataset contains a 48-hour time-lapse series of macrophage cultures, captured every 5 minutes via an upright microscope. This dataset has dynamic focal shift from medium evaporation, which alters the effective focal distance over time. We also include high-precision groundtruth labels for cell locations across some snapshots. This setup is specifically designed to benchmark semi-supervised learning, transfer learning, and focus-correction algorithms in live-cell imaging."
