Using RNA-seq of carnivorous sundew (Drosera tokainesis) plants, we:(I) Compare the glandular (mucilage-secreting) tentacles with whole leaves to find transcripts enriched in tentacle tissue.(II) Compare insect-fed leaves with unfed leaves to find transcripts differentially expressed in response to insect capture.
