Liver sample Small RNA sequencing in Hepatolithiasis Patients

Hepatolithiasis (HL) is an intractable hepatobiliary disease with high recurrence rate, which seriously affect the health of the patients. High-throughput sequencing (HTS) was performed to detect the miRNA expression profiling using the hepatic biopsies of 5 hepatolithiasis patients and 5 hepatic hemangioma (HH) patients. GO and KEGG functional enrichment analyses were conducted to predict target genes and involved pathways.
