Transcriptomic analysis of NGO (nano-graphene oxide) treated acute GVHD or nonGVHD patients' PBMC

We obtained and collected PBMCs from patients with acute GVHD (aGVHD) and non-GVHD patients who did not develop aGVHD after HSPC transplantation, provided by Asan Medical Center. To understand the effect of NGO on aGVHD/nonGVHD patient's PBMCs, we treated PBMCs with NGO and analyzed changes in the transcriptome. Overall design: To investigate the effect of NGO on aGVHD/nonGVHD patient's PBMCs in a T cell-activated condition, we activated T cells with CD3/28 Dynabeads and IL-2, and treated PBMCs with NGO.
