Property NSW Contracts Register

In keeping with requirements outlined in the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, NSW Property keeps a record of all contracts, including property sales over $150,000, which are entered into by the NSW Government with the private sector, in the Property NSW Contracts Register.\r\n\r\nInformation captured by the register includes:\r\n•\tContract/Lease number and GIPA Contract class\r\n•\tEffective date, expiry date and latest extension option date\r\n•\tName and address of the Lessor or Contractor\r\n•\tWhether there is related body corporate/private sector involvement in the contract\r\n•\tThe service type (e.g. Tenant lease; head lease, service etc.)\r\n•\tParticulars of the services/property/lease\r\n•\tThe established amount payable under contract including GST\r\n•\tThe tender method (e.g. open, limited etc.)\r\n•\tAny provisions for variation, re-negotiation or operational/maintenance of the contract\r\n
